I really hate working outside in the heat of July and August. You just feel gross, and I have to fight off fog forming on my lenses. The trade off though, is that there really is some tremendous light in the evenings, and this night was no exception. I’m really glad that Alex came out and braved the brutal heat, because we ended up with some really awesome shots!

Such a pretty girl! and totally worth the heat 😉
Awesome! Great shots! Love that 2nd last one, that’s art.
Nice portrait set!
It’s great how you capture her looking both like such a woman (in the early shots), and then the sweet little girl innocence.
Lovely girl, and nice shots. The ones of her in the field are my favorite, and I have to agree with the 2nd to last one being particularly artistic. Are those metal things Richard Cera sculptures?
love the field shots.
